O Jesus, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I offer you my prayers, works, joys and sufferings of this day, in union with the holy sacrifice of the Mass throughout the world. I offer them for the intentions of your Sacred Heart, the salvation of souls, reparation of sin, the reunion of all Christians. I offer them for the intentions of our bishops and of all apostles of prayer, and in particular for those intentions recommended by Our Holy Father for this month. Amen.

Morning Offering Prayer

Saints are defined as those who enjoy the Beatific Vision and are recognized by the Church for their outstanding likeness to Christ through heroic virtue and fidelity to their duties (V0 Schneider Credo 2023 195:8). Mystic saints may be characterized by their deep spiritual experiences, which often involve a direct encounter with the divine or extraordinary revelations.

Warm lemon water is a simple yet refreshing beverage that combines the invigorating flavor of lemons with the soothing qualities of warm water. It is often consumed for its potential health benefits, which may include aiding digestion, promoting hydration, and providing a boost of vitamin C.

  • Cut a fresh organic lemon in half.

  • Squeeze the lemon using a hand juicer or citrus press to remove the juice, and discard any peel or pips.

  • Add the strained lemon juice to a glass of warm filtered water, temperature of 128F or less.
